CHALLENGE:

Busy at work, passionate about FIFA World Cup, we were catering the users who would have no time to manage their team between two games of different group stages. We also have to encourage the users to create leagues and actively flaunt their achievements on social media.

OBJECTIVE:

How can we provide enough time to substitute for the two games of different group stage, an interface that increases the social involvement of the fans, and make the interface consistent through all the platforms that we were designing this game for. Our team learned the problem, studied the time needed to manage substitutions and developed in a way that provides user with enough time to substitute between to group stages.

CHALLENGE:

FIBA wanted their fans to stay involved during the game. In collaboration with Facebook and WeChat, we had to create a quick finishing game that was catering to fans that followed the player stats regularly. They wanted the game to increase the social media presence of the Basket Ball World Cup 2019.

OBJECTIVE:

To engage FIBA and non FIBA followers with a less intense game that doesn’t involving managing teams. To design an easy to go game.

The user had to select the food as per the availability in their closest outlet called Hub restricting the user to pick the specific available kinds of food. The inability to track orders efficiently and overcome the confusing and time-consuming payment method.

To design an intuitive app with apparent food selection, payment, and order tracking keeping consistency intact through all the platforms.

ABOUT

Progressing academically with a versatile combination of science, visual communications, psychology, strategy, and management, I have found my inspiration in connecting the dots, going beyond my comfort and creating my own unique story. It has helped me work in areas that needed the capacity to learn and live in uncertainty. It gives me pleasure to continue that journey by adding many more dimensions as I progress.

As a user researcher and experience designer, my primary focus is to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users and that’s where my capacity to empathize with a user is practiced.

As a professional, I am a strong believer in the power of collaboration. You run fast alone, but together you can run farther. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams, contributing to the success of others, and being the ‘never gives up’ person when everything looks head over heels.
